The Micro-credential in CLIL I: Basic Resources and Strategies for Bilingual Teaching is a training programme offered by the UCAM Faculty of Education aimed at teachers and future teachers in bilingual educational centres who are looking to begin or improve their CLIL teaching practice. Through a 100% online training programme, you will acquire key tools to design effective teaching units, use innovative resources, assess for learning and encourage the participation of the entire educational community. • Teachers or future teachers in bilingual schools.
• Students or graduates of the Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Primary Education.
• Students or graduates of the Master's Degree in Teacher Training in any speciality.
• Language teachers or future language teachers.
• Bilingual school management teams.
• Language assistants in bilingual schools.

*Students will not be asked to provide passports, take an interview or take in consideration all of the steps regarding the arrival in Spain, as this course is fully taught online.

Thanks to its practical approach, this training opens the door to job opportunities in bilingual educational centres, international programmes, language academies with a CLIL focus, and innovative educational projects where content and foreign language proficiency are integrated naturally and effectively. Furthermore, it allows participants to obtain initial training accreditation in the CLIL approach in order to meet the methodological demands of the teacher profile in bilingual schools and/or to work as a teacher or language assistant in bilingual schools.

The classes of the Micro-credential in CLIL I: Basic Resources and Strategies for Bilingual Education will be taught entirely in English, due to the practical focus of the course, aimed at improving the linguistic and methodological competence of lecturers in bilingual contexts.
