In this globalized world businesses often opt for operation centralization, runing their core functions from a central hub. In this context, logistics, purchasing, procurement and distribution of products or services become essential pillars for sustaining global trade.

The MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management at ISM prepares students for careers in global supply chains, logistics optimization, and strategic operations thanks to a highly practical and international approach to teaching. In the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Master's program you will not only learn about logistics processes, operations research, transportation models and value chains, but you will also be sensitized to current hot topics such as sustainability, smart mobility and large capacity planning.

The overarching aim of the postgraduate supply chain management master is to provide graduates with tools and insights on how globalized logistics systems can be set up and sustainably maintained.

You will also gain more in-depth knowledge of data-driven subjects such as data science and analytics or international operations management. At the same time, you will dive deeper into management topics like leadership, organizational development or project management. A semester abroad will round up your logistics studies and add that high-value international experience touch.

Only around 6% of business schools worldwide are AACSB-accredited – an internationally recognized mark of quality for excellence in teaching, research, and social impact.

Internationality is an important component of the Logistics Master's program. When you opt for the full-time M.Sc. Supply Chain Management program, you will:

  • study 100% in English,
  • complete a semester abroad at one of about 20 partner universities and
  • have the opportunity to obtain a second international degree (Double Degree) at a partner university.

The exchange semester abroad during your postgraduate studies is a life-changing experience you won't want to miss! You can perfect your language skills and will be ideally equipped for a successful career in an international company.

  • Integrated semester abroad at a partner university
  • International Double Degree option possible
  • Fast Track option allows graduation in 3 semesters only

When pursuing a supply chain Master's program, you get the unique chance to acquire an international double degree in record time. This means that, in addition to the Master's degree in logistics and supply chains from ISM, you are entitled to earn a second Master's degree from one of our 20 partner faculties.

Together with renowned partner universities, ISM provides a high-quality range of courses with specific focus on global supply chain management. The double degree also deepens your language and intercultural skills and expands your personal network through interactions with international students and lecturers.

The Master's in Logistics trains experts who, in addition to industry-specific know-how, also have comprehensive management knowledge. The focus of the logistics and supply chain course content is on the areas of Logistics, Mobility and Infrastructure Management as well as on the business management methods and concepts of Logistics and Transport Management. You will then spend a semester abroad during your third semester and then write your practice-oriented Master's thesis in the fourth semester.
