The MSc Banque et gestion de patrimoine (Master’s level – Bac+5) is designed to train highly qualified and versatile professionals, capable of succeeding in an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving financial sector.
This programme aims to develop both technical expertise in financial instruments and markets, and the strategic advisory skills required to effectively support clients and institutions in a context shaped by digital transformation, regulatory changes and global economic uncertainty.
Throughout the programme, students follow a structured and immersive pathway combining:
This MSc is part of ICN Business School’s broader portfolio of more than eight specialised Master’s programmes and is based on a teaching approach that combines academic learning with professional application.
Wealth management: investment strategies and personalised advisory
The programme provides in-depth knowledge of wealth management fundamentals, integrating financial, legal and tax dimensions. Students learn to analyse clients’ financial situations, design appropriate investment strategies and deliver tailored solutions.
In the first year, courses focus on core wealth management principles, as well as innovation and ethical issues in corporate financing. Practical simulations, such as the Hélios business game, help develop a hands-on, operational approach.
Banking and financial environment: products, markets and digital transformation
The MSc deepens knowledge of banking products, portfolio management and private banking activities. Students develop a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and financing mechanisms.
In the second year, they explore topics such as corporate lending, banking and insurance, and the transformation of the banking sector in the digital age, enabling them to understand industry changes and emerging practices.
Wealth engineering, risk and compliance
Particular emphasis is placed on the technical and regulatory aspects of wealth management. Students are trained in financial advisory, taxation, responsible and real estate investment, as well as wealth transfer issues.
They also develop skills in risk management and compliance, which are essential in a highly regulated financial environment.
The programme includes professional micro-certifications (Advanced Excel with TOSA, AMF, Bloomberg Market Concepts) as well as a Capstone Project carried out in partnership with a company, allowing students to work on real-life business challenges.
Internship opportunities in banking and wealth management
For students in the standard (full-time) track, internships in wealth management firms and bank branches are integrated into the programme. These provide hands-on experience in client relationship roles and banking activities, and represent a key driver of employability.
Thanks to our Careers and Internships Service and its network of 150 partner companies, you benefit from support in securing internships, apprenticeships and even your first job after graduation.
