The Bachelor in Management at ICN Business School is a three-year post-secondary programme, officially recognised by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, awarding a Bachelor’s degree with Grade de Licence (Level 6).

Our programme is delivered on the Nancy and Paris La Défense campuses, in French or in English.

The curriculum spans three years, with progressive modules covering both management fundamentals and professional specialisations. It is designed to give you time to explore and refine your career path.

Available pathways and specialisations

In the final year, students can choose from four pathways and seven specialisations.

Pathways:

• Pathway 1: Skills development and professionalisation, Standard format – Nancy or Paris – in French or English
• Pathway 2: English Track, Standard format – Nancy or Paris – in English
• Pathway 3: International exchange and internship, Standard format – abroad – in English or in the host country’s language, The first semester takes place at a partner university abroad. The second consists of a long internship (minimum 5 months) in France or abroad, along with a dissertation and oral defence.
• Pathway 4: International double degree (10 options), Standard format – abroad – in English or in the host country’s language

Specialisations (Pathways 1 and 2 only):

• International Business Officer (Nancy and Paris)

Step behind the scenes of global trade. This specialisation prepares you for careers in import-export and international business through courses focused on intercultural negotiation with Latin America, China and Europe.

• Customer Advisor in Luxury Companies (Paris)

Become an expert in sales within the demanding world of luxury. This pathway focuses on Luxury Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, customer experience, team management and the key performance indicators of an effective store manager.

Examples of careers: Luxury Sales Advisor, Visual Merchandiser, Assistant Store Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Department or Store Manager in the luxury sector.

• Banking and Finance (Paris)

Prepare to enter the banking sector through a programme combining theory, practical experience and contributions from industry professionals. Risk analysis, data processing, AMF certification — everything you need to enhance your employability.

Examples of careers: Financial Analyst, Corporate Relationship Manager, Banking Management Controller, Financial Auditor, Risk Manager.

• Digital Marketing (Nancy and Paris)

• Innovative Project Manager (Paris)

• Banking & Insurance Customer Relationship Manager (Nancy)

Gain a comprehensive understanding of careers in banking and insurance: wealth management, banking economics, finance, law, taxation, digitalisation — with the added benefit of AMF certification, required for many roles in the sector. A real asset for your CV.

Admissions to the Bachelor in Management at ICN Business School are open to international applicants holding a qualification equivalent to secondary school completion. Selection is based on application review, as well as proficiency in French and a good level of English.
