The qualification is perfect for people who have begun working in the public or private sector of business or who intend to do so. Upon earning the Level 4 Diploma in Business Management, students will be able to advance to either further education or employment.

You have the option to continue to the C3S Business School’s OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Business Management after completing the OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management, in addition to other options across a wide range of academic progressions. You are also eligible to gain direct entry into Year 2 of a three-year UK Bachelor degree programmes as this qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation).

Students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of how communication shapes patterns of social interaction, the expression of cultural values and norms, political practices and relations of power, and our positions as local and global citizens.

Upon completion of the programme, learners will be able to use a variety of methodological tools to analyse interpersonal, intercultural, and rhetorical discourse that structures everyday interactions in both our public and private lives.

Lastly, programme finishers will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the possibilities, problems, and history of discourse and deliberation in democracy and be prepared to use their knowledge to work for a just and more humane world.
